Wendy Herbert was born, raised, and continues to live in Los Angeles, California. She is currently studying toward an Associate of Science degree in Fashion Design and Technologies from Mt. San Antonio College. Once Wendy graduates she plans on working for a company that is as eco-friendly as can be in the fashion industry and who gives a portion of their earnings back to the community in some way.

 

As a child, she was always drawn to elegant clothing that she saw in movies from the 1930’s and has always loved luxurious clothing and fabric. When she was growing up she enjoyed watching fashion runway shows.

Wendy has worked in retail for many years, in children’s and women's, and men's clothing and accessories. She has worked in receiving, working on floor sets, and being the lead cashier. She enjoys working with people and looking at the clothing and accessories that come and go. This background is what helps her achieve success in all of her jobs, as she knows what is expected and what will help companies
